The Laureato was originally launched in 1975 and back then was deemed a competitor to the AP Royal Oak, due to the similar case design and the octagonal-shaped bezel. The name ‘Laureato’ was apparently inspired by the iconic movie ‘The Graduate’, which in Italian translates to ‘Il Laureato’. This model is the much sought after blue-dial, so, with the recent hype around GP, this is your opportunity to own a future collectors piece!
